Good news! We have finally received some of our forwarded mail, and this includes glasses orders! On Saturday Dec 10 we are going to be dispensing some select glasses between 12-1 pm in the parking lot of the office. If you are on this list you will be receiving a call this week. We are still unable to know the status of glasses that were inside the building at the time of the fire but we hope to have an answer soon.
We want to thank everyone for their outpouring of support during this tough time. On Monday November 14th there was a fire that destroyed part of our building. We are still without heat or electricity but we have forwarded phone lines and our fax number to be able to be checked remotely. We are spending our time working on a plan, so we aren't keeping regular hours, but messages will be checked periodically. Right now we are working on finding a temporary location until we can get things back up and running. We are also making a plan for glasses/contact lenses pickups, but we are unsure of where and when just yet. We are unable to respond individually to the mass of update requests, but for the most up to date info please check here or join our mailing list below. If you need to order contact lenses and you would like them shipped to your home at no charge via Abby, please click HERE and fill out the form. You could also email us with your name, phone number, DOB, updated mailing address, and how many boxes you would like (and your prescription or pictures of your boxes) and we can set you up for direct ship to your home at no extra charge.
Requesting an Appointment
If you are NEW to our office, please fill out our pre-exam paperwork. If you are a CURRENT patient, please emailus your name, phone number, and DOB to request a passcode. You will get an email within 48 business hours with your passcode and instructions. Once you submit the form you will be added to the list as next in line to be scheduled once we have a reopening date.
If you have an appointment scheduled
Appointments have been cancelled through the end of November. If you are on the schedule prior to December we have already attempted to leave a message to notify you. You don't need to do anything else. You will automatically will be first in line to be rescheduled once we have a re-opening date.
Picking up Glasses
If you need to pick up glasses, we will be setting up pickup times once we have access to the parking lot. Please check back for updates.
